I was impressed by the hotel and the service, it felt more premium than what we paid for, the staff were super helpful and attentive and the room was comfortable and clean , fab location to main attractions too. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and friendly service. Amazing location for seeing the city of Bilbao. Only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Good hotel & location, toilets didnt have a fan or vent so that was annoying a bit. Room can get stuffy after showers & smell after #2 - its also next to a club so you hear music til 6am if you dont mind. Otherwise its near a lot of stuff.

Guest services was very friendly and helpful. Room exceeded our expectations with really comfortable bed, thoughtfully laid out, excellent rain shower and nice bathroom. Nice, clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. With so much delicious food available everywhere around, the breakfast is underwhelming though. If you are a light sleeper, you might find the sound-proofing between rooms to be somewhat lacking.

Hotel staff were not overly helpful when trying to contact them. Extremely noisy on both nights we stayed there both in and outside the hotel. Food selection was ok.

Terrible policies

The hotel is operated by heartless people who prioritize profit over their guests' well-being. I experienced a medical emergency and requested a reservation change, not a cancellation, without penalty. I provided a letter from my doctor stating that I CAN'T travel due to health issues, but they still decided to charge the full amount. It's shocking how little empathy some have. I've stayed at this hotel before, and as a senior citizen in a serious situation, I expected more compassion. Instead, they didn't care. What a pity.

Good location for Guggenheim.

Good location close to Guggenheim and metro/ tram. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. But no parking available when we got there so had to park 15 mins walk away. Need to advise of this before booking. As ev charging and parking one of main reasons for booking that hotel. Otherwise would have stayed in the old quarter.
