Clean Villa with all the facilities and very peaceful.

Location was good and only 10 min walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean villa with all the amenities. Very private Swimming pool area and not overlooked even though sharing with another semi detached villa.

Había muchas hormigas en la casa y en especial en la cocina. Si estás solo es ideal, pero con otros inquilinos en la casa contigua la intimidad es algo justa

Lovely Villa in Menorca

Lovely pool, just like in the photos, with plenty of space for the loungers that are provided. There is a large umbrella which proved a blessing when it got too hot. The villa is fine, clean and comfortable, there is a tv in the lounge although we never used it. While the kitchen is small it is fairly well-equipped. There is a great BBQ in the pool area which we made good use of. We only used 1 bedroom and the bed was firm with crisp sheets, very clean. Bathroom has a bath and shower, hot water is plentiful. It even has a washing machine! We really enjoyed the area of Cala n Porter, it has a village feel, also well positioned for day trips around the island. Gorgeous little bay, safe for swimming and snorkeling, absolutely heavenly. There was no dishwashing soap or cloths in the kitchen. When we phoned Homerti we were told we had to buy our own. This is a hassle and an extra expense, and I felt Homerti could have handled it better instead of being quite dismissive. They phoned back 5 minutes later and said as a courtesy the owner would drop off some washing up liquid the next day, which they did. I would hope in future they leave such things in the kitchen, small things make a big difference to a guest.

We liked the location of the house

We liked the location of the house. The pool was beautiful and clean. Beautiful atmosphere in a nice town. A washing machine was available in the house. The possibility of parking in front of the house, luckily there was always a place. The beach is only about 10 minutes away and is one of the most beautiful on the island. The rooms were as beautiful as in the photo. Cozy semi-detached house. The mattresses were just fine. Lots of storage space. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, there is a ceiling fan which is not enough. We stayed there for 7 days, during which time the cleaning lady never came to ask if we needed new bed linen, etc. We had to buy a pack of toilet paper. Basic kitchen equipment was missing - I mean salt and sugar. Insect nets were a bit lacking, especially at night. Parking is written as free private parking, but parking is only possible in front of the house.
