"The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality.
The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... "Pros: Located in a cul de sac, which was nice & quiet during our stay. House clean, got clean towels 1/2 way through which was good. Plenty of toilet rolls & dishwasher tablets. Lots of comfortable seating. Check-in very easy.
Cons: Could do with more kitchen utensils, a new fridge & some tidying of the patio area."
