Villa Atalis is a modern 4 bedroom villa that has a stylish feel, an inviting private pool and partial sea views from the first floor balcony. It is also just a short walk to a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants in Son Bou. After a day in the resort centre you could come back and relax in the spacious pool terrace. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Atalis is located in the area of Torre Soli Nou, Son Bou, only a short walk from the shops, beach and eateries in the centre of this popular resort. There is a choice of shops, a number of good bars, cafes and restaurants, some overlooking the sea, all within 20 minutes on foot. The white sandy beach of Son Bou is a few minutes further on foot, or within a few minutes' drive.

Main pool: 6.5 x 4 mtr, 1.3 - 1.6 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
