L'appartamento è situato all'ultimo piano di una palazzina ed è senza ascensore. Ha una piccola terrazza dove poter mangiare e di sera è ventilata. La zona giorno è dotata di aria condizionata per cui se si vuole rinfrescare la camera suggerisco di utilizzare il ventilatore in dotazione. Il proprietario ci ha fornito di tutto, dalle lenzuola agli asciugamani al detersivo. Peccato per i vicini rumorosi ai quali abbiamo dovuto chiedere di fare meno rumore.

La casa è bella ma mancavano asse da stiro e ferro da stiro poi posate di scarsa qualità ho sturato il WC per calcinacci un calendario per esporre i rifiuti

Sehr gute Raumaufteilung, die Zimmer modern, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, ein wunderbarer Dach- und Sonnenbalkon, das Haus ruhig. Alles in Allem: ein Sommer-Sonnen-Wohnung bestens geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Appartamento molto grazioso ed arioso, con un bel terrazzo ed arredamento moderno. Ottima posizione nei pressi della stazione dei treni e fermata dei bus...quindi eccellente per chi volesse unire al soggiorno mare delle visite in altre località della costa o dell'entroterra. Ottima disponibilità del Sig. Massimo. Consigliato!

Casa con un arredamento moderno funzionale e curato nei minimi dettagli, bellissimo terrazzo ben ventilato e sicuramente non la classica casa vacanza. Giudizio decisamente ottimo anche per la disponibilità del Sig. Massimo .
