“Cannot fault this place at all, it’s absolutely wonderful. Stayed for four nights. Staff were incredibly welcoming and smiley, on hand 24/7 to help with anything. Room was immaculate with everything you could need, air-con was a godsend! Lovely balcony to sit out on in the morning with a coffee. The pool area was fantastic, not the biggest but that made it more cosy, felt more like a private pool at times! It was really peaceful and quiet. Great location as it’s set back from the main road so……

“Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!”

“What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. The team delivered warm, attentive, and highly professional service from check-in to check-out, anticipating our every need. It is rare to find a place where both the room comfort and the hospitality are this top-tier!”

“Hotel ist schön. Hat bestimmt auch schöne Zimmer zum Meer. Leider war hier auf Expedia die deutsche Beschreibung falsch. Wir hatten mit Meerblick gebucht aber dann ein Zimmer nach hinten zum Pool bekommen.”

“5* would recommend”

“Very welcoming place. Perfect for family. A very quite place, 2 min walking from the beach and a very relaxing area”

“Excellent concept, room and location but falls badly on every aspect of hospitality including value for money (excluding room cost)”

“5 days my tv wasn’t working, I asked many times !”
