We stayed at this hotel the night before our vacation and the night we got back. It was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean, check in/out was easy and staff friendly. The first room we had was great. No complaints. The second room wasn’t as updated. My husband had to fix the running toilet and the thermostat was broken. We had to adjust the air directly so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

This property is no where near the level of a Marriott. From our arrival which was after 5:30pm and being told our King room was not ready and it would be 30-60mins, to when it was ready the clerk was unable to “check us in” because she didn’t know how to do a “3rd party”,so she just gave me the keys to the “restaurant staff being at the store and they were unable to serve food” to when checking out they had us listed as a “no show” and it took 3 people to finally email me a receipt. The bed was “older” and sunk in the middle, the shower had mold along the bottom and the pool was dirty. Next time I’ll save my money and just keep driving

The staff was friendly and polite upon arrival. Parking was easy. And the location of the hotel served our needs perfectly. Our room, however, was acceptable. They should invest in a good detailed cleaning. Our rating would be higher if not for this aspect. That detail took a possibly stupendous experience down to acceptable.
