Also the basketball hoop provides a huge fun for young and old. Despite the quiet location, which ensures your well-deserved rest, you can reach all necessary services, such as shopping, bars, etc. by car in less than 10 minutes. What you should not miss: A visit to the ?Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias? (City of Arts and Sciences Valencia) as well as a trip to the beach "La Malvarrosa". The pool will be heated for you on request and for a fee from 01 April to 31 October, at least 2 days before arrival. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed.
