「The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly, which was one of the few positive aspects of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is outdated and in need of renovation and better maintenance. The room had a dusty, musty smell, making it feel as though it had not been properly cleaned. The bed was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep, and the bedspread smelled old and unpleasant, like something from an old house. The dining experience was also disappointing. 「La struttura è di poco fuori paese, immersa nella campagna, molto grande e con possibilità di appartamenti con i Trulli. Per essere un 4 stelle non abbiamo ritrovato quell’attenzione che ci deve essere nei dettagli sia per la camera che per la colazione e zona piscina(Molto bella e grande). Ottimo parcheggio, grande ma senza colonnine di ricarica auto elettriche, il letto comodissimo ed il televisore enorme. Rapporto qualità prezzo di poco alto.」
