「Good hotel close to airport (10 min). Shuttle services available for a fee. Very good buffet breakfast. Beautiful grounds with a pool. Rooms are ok. Bed comfortable. To get to Ostia Antica need to take shuttle ( 15 euro) or taxi. It is 10 min away . Friendly staff. 」

「The hotel had stunning views of the Sorrento town and the Vesuvius volcano, which we enjoyed very much everyday. The hotel shuttle bus to the downtown was very punctual and efficient. There's nothing to complain. We were satisfied with every aspect of the hotel, and would definitely like to stay here again.」

「Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.」

「床不平整, 傾斜一邊, 睡起來腰很酸. 訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間. 訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到. 浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來. 」
