Cozy A-Frame! 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Close to YMCA and RMNP- Dogs OK!
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location to RMNP and downtown Estes. It was a bit away from the hustle of downtown which we loved. Adorable house, clean, and very comfortable."
"This was a pleasant surprise. Is like a little cabin very close to the park. No Air conditioning, but enought fans. Very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. We received a code for the door and the WiFi details via email. We never had a need to contact the property. There was a jacuzzi we used one night. The kids loved the cabin as each had a double bed."
Mountain getaway with separate bunkhouse, deck, & trail access
10/10 Excellent
"The pictures don’t do it justice. The views and location are spectacular, the beds are comfy and the house is very well appointed, as is the bunkhouse. It wears its history well, but has top line fixtures and the updated finishes only add to the grandeur of the place. Because of its location perched atop a granite outcropping, it feels like a chateau, but functions like a super comfortable bungalow, with kids games, TVs, a dedicated wine fridge, and a beautiful subzero refrigerator. Having both a standard 12-cup coffee maker and a modern quick response Keurig was ideal with 13 people of varying caffeination requirements. The outdoor gas fireplace is ideal to gather and gaze at the stars, share stories of daily adventures, and relax before bed. Which brings me to the main quirk, for which you’ll want to plan ahead. There are plenty of beds, but only two small bedrooms in the main have doors that offer a modicum of privacy. The upstairs master is a dream King bed room with a beautiful en-suite bath, but as it’s at the top of the stairs at the entry, there’s no bedroom door to shut, and hence no real privacy. Even so, this is definitely the best room, but bring earplugs, or you’ll be up with the first to awaken. The bunkhouse has a beautiful king, but is also in the same wide open space with two bunks and one twin. A bath, and laundry compliment the kitchenette. So if sharing space and divvying 3 baths, two kings, and countless twins, isn’t an issue, then you’re golden!"
"This place is amazing! The view can’t be beat. Plenty of room for our group of 11 ( 6 adults, 5 kids ) to spread out. Comfortable beds, very clean, nicely appointed kitchen. The kids enjoyed the ping pong room. Great location to enjoy all that Estes Park and RMNP have to offer. Our favorite room was the porch with that view, just turn on the fireplace for a little bit to take the morning chill off and sit back with your coffee. Fantastic time here."
"Had 6 couples (family) congregate for a family wedding. The two condos all in one house was absolutely perfect! The views were breathtaking. The multiple balconies/patio made it easy to gather together or separate for individual time. Lots of space for a post-wedding family reunion weekend. It was perfect in every way!"
