“This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the……

“This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.”

“The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again.”

“Murphy Lodge is close to town, easy walk into downtown Estes. We sat by fire pit (gas) last night and that was very nice and they have seating by the creek too. Pool was nice, hot tub could use some 'jet' repairs, only 2 of 4 seats had more than half working jets.
Continental breakfast, we did eat at, looked over and it was very basic, yogurt, plain bagels, some cereal. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff - (desk guy) was helpful with lists of restaurants and trails in the park.”

We went to the office for help and no one was there. We drove around the property until we found someone to help us. Once we made contact with someone they were very helpful.
