“The gentleman at the front desk did an amazing job on this busy night, working (what appeared to be) by himself!!! He was courteous, calm, and efficient despite being subjected to needy, entitled, unobservant guests. Hats off to that guy. He was amazing and deserves a raise. If no one else said it today, THANK YOU again for your hard work.”

“Hotel was great, nicely updated, probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. Area is a bit rough but very walkable. Connects to an indoor mall. The person who checked us in was very sweet, asked about our day etc... Nice breakfast however we did find ants on the pastries. Thank you!”

“Second time staying here and will definitely come back. Very large space, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and living room and balcony. Convenient location close to restaurants and cafes.”

“The hotel was very clean! The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very cordial and professional, when asked for help they were extremely quick!! The breakfast was good, had decent choices and always replenished!! The breakfast area was very comfortable and quite large with ample space I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Hamilton area”

“We were hiking the Bruce trail and location was perfect. Easy access to dining, close to the trail and easy access to trail heads from the motel. Breakfast was everything we needed to start our day. Staff were helpful with any needs we had. ”
