Great getaway

This was the perfect little getaway for our family. It was a great place for a baby and/or children. There was a lot of stuff to do to keep our baby occupied. The beach and playground were especially enjoyed. It was a great location for many close attractions. Just a short drive to Jim Thorpe and some beautiful hiking trails. We had a wonderful little getaway. The cabin itself is beautiful. The perfect size for our little family, with everything we could need. The owner was very accommodating and answered all our questions quickly. Thank you for a wonderful week!

It was so close to great hiking spots. Also there were deer everywhere! Such a peaceful spot to get away. The host was also awesome answering any questions we had.

Wonderful spot to get away from it all

My family (two parents and two kids under 12 and our doggy) spent a week here in July 2021. The property is gorgeous, updated with high quality appliances, comfortable bedding and cute decorations. There is a pool and lake, sand volleyball court, playground and the owner allows use of the two kayaks. There is a great yard with a very inviting fire pit perfect for s’mores and deer watching. The area is very isolated, nearest major grocery store is 30 minutes away. There is ample deer sightings (we saw 20 deer within our first 3 hours!) and a fox. We spent a day white water rafting and a different day we did a trail ride on horseback. We recommend this location for someone looking for a quiet isolated vacation! Lovely home.

Getaway

We had a great time, the house was nice, the location was perfect, and the surrounding area was beautiful. We'll definitely plan another stay when we come back to the area. The owners were very responded quickly to any questions during the booking and our stay.
