modern a-frame cabin with lake access & hot tub

Our cabin offers a relaxing & comfortable way to experience Pennsylvania's nature & wildlife. Hang out on the deck or backyard on the hammock, or inside around the fireplace. Take a short walk to the local lake for swimming, kayaking & fishing. The area has endless trails for biking & walking.

My fully-furnished 3-BR cabin is located only 90 miles from Philadelphia in the Pocono lake region. The house is situated in the woods, in a private lake community with access to docks, beach, & fishing (with PA permit of course). My cabin is only 20 minutes from Jim Thorpe. Around in the area you'll find skiing, hiking, tubing, waterfalls, state forests, white water rafting, antique stores, wineries, farm stands & local markets. I have 2 kayaks and some floats you are welcome to use for the duration of your stay.

The cabin rests on a one-acre lot in Towamensing Trails lake community, with a lovely tree view in the back & front yard. There are other cottages within view of mine, but the neighbors keep to themselves & you'll feel very private here. Its packed full of wildlife including black bears, hawks, turkeys, foxes, and deer. A fire pit in the backyard & a side deck with outdoor seating & grill complete the outdoor cabin experience. Tall trees is a short walk or bike ride to the lake.

Inside, the fireplace fills the cabin with coziness & warmth. Features & amenities include ceiling fans, electric baseboard heaters in every room, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, record player with record collection, board games, full-size kitchen, linens/towels, beach towels, lawn chairs, comfortable beds, & modern furniture.
The space is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a few friends.

***Summer: The cabin DOES NOT have AC. It does not need it. It is not a luxury hotel, it is a cabin in the woods. It's cool at night, and fans are used in the warmer months.****
