The location was excellent, and the stay and service were also very good. However, the hotel’s condition was quite poor. Many areas looked neglected and seemed to lack proper maintenance. Some parts even appeared abandoned. I will be back great expirience

Couldn’t use the water not safe, the check in process extremely slow. The mattress was very uncomfortable hotel needs renovation asap.i will never visit this resort ever, or will i recommend anyone to visit it. And I Am Being Very Generous with my review. Very disappointed stay here a lot but this time we were forced to stay in building 5 our jacuzzi didn’t work for the 5 days we stood when we checked in our room had something in freezer busted and no e cleaned it no utensils no ironing board or iron what a happened to this place use to be our favorite but falling apart more and more no water pressure in shower

This place is so run down! They didn’t have working A/C anywhere in the property! The water was contaminated not drinkable! The pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work. Half of the water park was closed/ not working. soda machines broken, No burgers not enough food oppositions. The staff young, careless and always on their phones. I will never go to this place again!! Terrible experience!!

I was in this property last year and now I seen big difference. Thay remove all from kitchen-everything. Why needed dishwasher now?. On every site on internet not mentioned about that.I coming to property and expect to make my own food but I couldn't do that and going to restaurant.

Could not even get batteries for tv remote or a working coffee pot although we texted, called and went to front desk with no result. Husband was in car accident 2 days prior and all we were able to do was watch tv. Attempted to reeach a manager by phone two separate days. Not always one on duty apparently and general manager has not responded to my email.
