Rooms were nice and spacious for my family to spread out. I liked having a kitchen. The staff were very friendly. The arcade and bowling alley was a big hit with my kids. And the breakfast was a very nice spread every day. downside: checking in was a nightmare/ long wait. It was very annoying that our keys consistently was deactivated

Staff was good, directions to buildings could have been better and put on the property map as it is confusing. Room was very clean but in need of some updates: 1. bedroom wall under TV had a ton of scuff marks 2. Ceiling tiles in bathroom had water damage and could have been replaced 3. (1) wash cloth for (2) people for a (2) night stay (could have used a few more towels) 4. Could have used a box of tissues in the room and an extra bar of soap the soap was so small it barley lasted for hand washes and two people to shower for (2) days. 5. There was blood on the duvet which we did not notice till the morning we checked out and it wasn't from us. So that tells me the duvet was not washed. The Good: 1. Room was very clean 2. Jacuzzi was immaculate 3. The room was spacious The place is pretty close to everything you need and the resort has alot of amenities, I did not use them but it looks like a good family place.

The staff was friendly However, The hotel rugs are all stained. Elevator in main hotel did not work. Everything looks rusty old and dirty. The pool was freezing. The hot tubs looked like jelly and very dirty. The fast food area served food that was cold in the middle. (Breakfast sandwich & wings) The hotel needs updating a SERIOUS MAKE Over.

The property was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy put i recommend bringing your own pillows. The kitchen definitely needs to be updated and maybe some more items provided as there werent any oven mits or any soap or sponges for dishes to be washed. The place definitely has thin walls and you can hear what goes on in the next room. Indoor pool should definitely get a heater as it was beyond freezing. Also bowling alley needed some work done but was fun reguardless. All in all it was a very lovely stay and will stay again but just needs some updating....

The location was excellent, and the stay and service were also very good. However, the hotel’s condition was quite poor. Many areas looked neglected and seemed to lack proper maintenance. Some parts even appeared abandoned. I will be back great expirience

The staff was amazing. Unfortunately the room was eh. The toilet bowl is so low, my disabled mom had an extremely hard time getting up from the toilet. The shower was not cleaned, the drain did not work, housekeeping part was not the best. Ice machine wasn’t working. Needs lots of updating for the price. I could have stayed at a Quality inn for half the price and better conditions

It's fine, but not great.

Stayed in the lodge by the lake. Room itself is nice but common areas a relatively dated. Pool and hot tub are nice, but no towels, despite multiple calls. For our needs, it property was fine (we didn't spend much time on the property, and I would stay there again because of proximity to lake and convenience.

This is far from a resort I would say it is a second class accommodation. The place needs total renovation. The pool looked uninviting a hot tub didn’t work the grounds around it look unkept IIt is definitely not worth $159 a night the pictures on the website are deceiving. When we sat on the beds nearly fell on the floor. No ice anywhere in our building. Had to go searching for it. Very limited linens. Travelocity needs to give me a refund. As far as the staff goes, they were very friendly
