「Wish the main pool had more chairs. You have to go before 8am to reserve a spot and even then most of all the chairs are taken.」

「Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was comfortable with fabulous pool and sea views and the pool area relaxing. Air conditioning was amazing. Location is perfect. Just close enough to town but quiet at the same time. The staff were friendly, very helpful and accommodating to all of our requests. Breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of food and beverages. Delicious. Thanks for a great stay.」

「The room was super clean and well located, but it is tiny. We had to manoeuvre through the door without hitting the bed with our bags and my husband had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom as the space between the bottom of the bed and the wall is reduced even further with the TV on the wall. Hubby loved the pillows but it was too big and hard for me so I ended up sleeping without one. The water bottles next to the bed was a nice touch and very much appreciated in the heat.」

「Very nice hotel 5 min walk into albufeira square, bit of a steep hill to get back but not too bad. Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful) Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. Air-conditioning very good. Breakfast continental but good.」

「Avoid at all costs!. The apartment was not fit for check-in when we arrived and was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. We were told to return two hours later, but even then it was still being cleaned. As a group of five, we had to find alternative accommodation at additional cost because we couldn’t keep waiting. Despite the hosts knowing we had left, they have refused to refund us. The whole situation could have been handled much better, but instead they have taken no responsibility.」

「Perfect location, just a short walk from the main strip but far enough away that it doesn’t keep you awake all night! Very clean and comfortable apartment, pool was lovely (not heated) and pool area was comfortable and lots of sunbeds. Collection of the key was a bit confusing as we arrived in late and had to pick up from the hotel which was a little drive away, possibly a coded lock box might be a better idea. All in all a great place to stay if visiting Albufiera, highly recommend!」

「We booked through Expedia after 10pm and it said 24/7 service. We went to the property they denied us access saying it is passed check in hours. If that was the case why they let us book after check in hours? I contacted expedia they are trying to solve it but they said is up to hotel to refund, which is not answering. We had to go around the town to find available hotel in the middle of the night and had to pay double the price and loose so much time.」
