Come experience what downtown Albuquerque has to offer! Step into this beautifully renovated loft, kick off your shoes and relax! Some of the city's top rated restaurants, coffee and pastry shops are just a short walk down the street. Hop on the Rail Runner and ride to Santa Fe for the day or stay in and enjoy the intersect of comfort and design. When you're here, all is right with the world.

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with an additional loft bedroom off the main living space. With design forward finishes, this unit offers a full kitchen complete with beautiful, marbled quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities suited for foodies of all skill levels!

Enjoy stretching out in the hammock while you grill in your own private yard. Take a stroll through the historic Huning Highlands neighborhood and enjoy a picnic at the Highlands Park or stop in for a glass of wine and some charcuterie at Farina.

They thought of everything! Very comfy bed and plenty of linens, walk in closet, even a fan for nighttime sound. Starbucks Keurig Pods in the full kitchen. Upscale bathroom products and towels. Washer/dryer in the unit were a game changer. We would absolutely stay again and plan to. Great location, walkable to excellent restaurants. Easy check in process. Highly recommend this property in historic Huning Heights.
