The space
The house is all on one floor. One step up from the sidewalk into the entryway and you are there. Plan provides much light and at the same time privacy from the street in all the living areas and master bedroom. There is a breakfast room for casual dining and a larger dining table in the main living area. The master bedroom suite is spacious containing a walk in closet and large bath with jacuzzi, separate shower and large dressing area. A large covered patio, the portales, provides a great place for dining with table and chairs, gas grill under the portales.
