Good accommodation

This was the 2nd time we have stayed here both times were for the basketball tournament. Its a great place to stay at.

Cheap price, dog friendly a bonus. But on arrival was greeted at the office with an open sign on the door and door unlocked “we’re closed sorry keys are in the box”. After a 5 hour drive I was a bit shocked with that comment considering it was only 5.15pm and hours were 5.30pm close according to google. Not even a hello how are you. Bedding was questionable, why did the doona not have a cover? Overall very outdated place and rude on arrival, not a good look, wouldn’t go back.

Stayed in a great cabin. Was very spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The swimming pool was well kept, the kids loved it. The staff were also really committed to looking after us. They had stacks of information to give us and I could tell they were actively looking for information about new years events around Albury. The staff were very quick to address a flickering light in the cabin and a door knob malfunction. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The staff were lovely to deal with. The toilet door couldnt be shut in our cabin after i was locked inside due to being broken. When staff were told they said they fix in the morning after we left meaning our entire stay we could not shut the toilet door for any of us going to the toilet. The couch is very old and we just sunk into it as if the inner couch was broken. The kids playground was great for the kids to have a play but also very run down with parts of the climbing rope falling apart making us feel unsafe for the kids to play on the rope.

Clean, comfortable and family / pet friendly.

We stayed in the pet friendly cabin. It was very clean and did not smell (like animal). Staff were very friendly and communicated with us well to ensure a smooth arrival. Location is 5-8 mins drive from the centre. We also used the pool and playground - both a treat for our little ones!

Basic but nice

Standard caravan park and cabins, comfortable and clean. On a main road so the cabins up the front can get some road noise, and a few smokers in the complex. Good communication and friendly staff.

Cheap, Clean and Pet Friendly

Travelling with our family and our dog. Pet Friendly park however it was a 40 degree day and the dog was not allowed in the cabin. I believe some cabins may have had that availability but they were sold out.

Overnight stay

Pleasant quiet surroundings. Unit was fine for my overnight stay. It was a cold Albury night and we were not able to get heating working but apart from that everything was OK.
