The hotel is stunning - everywhere you look there is something pretty to look at. Food fantastic, location perfect for seeing Madrid….would definitely return and recommend this fab hotel to anyone visiting the city 😊」

「Nice hotel and good location. A bit disappointed as we need to pay 12 Euro for 1 day WI-FI. When we booked the room via hotels.com it is saying free WI-FI. We found out the next day at the lobby WI-FI is free. They should tell us when we asked why they charge 12 Euro for WI-FI. Also, the minibar is not free anymore. The reception said it is no longer free since Dec/1. Why they didnot update the information? even the hotel book inside our room said it is free.」
