「We have been to Tesuque before and wanted this area and type of home with views and privacy. The home was perfect for our group of 12, ranging in ages 4-74! We had ample room with the additional casita and enjoyed cooking and all of the fireplaces. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to stay in and enjoy the home. There was a blizzard! 「Go to bed at sunset, get up at sunrise. No noisy alarms, rest in your sleeping bag on top of the mattress, build a fire in the old cast-iron stove if needed, wave at your neighbor, but leave them alone. Great sky views, Perhaps especially at night. Zillions of stars come out. Highly recommended place for a solo retreat, as I took.」

「Great property. Great hostess. Our family of 7 fit just fine. Nice views. Nice deck/porch areas. It’s about 10min to the Plaza in Taos and about 20min to Sipapu ski area, so the location was good for us. Winter weather was not a problem for access in our 2WD van (though, it does have snow tires). Kitchen was sufficient for cooking suppers at night. You can hear the rush of the nearby stream. Definitely a property to book again in the future.」

「Our family of six loved staying at this house! It was only a 15 minute drive to Sipapu ski resort, and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The little ones loved having their own bedroom (off the master bath and small, but perfect for them) and the older kids enjoyed the upper loft room and hangout area. The master bedroom was cozy and the jacuzzi and heated floor in the bathroom was awesome! The owners allowed us to check in early and were quick to respond to any questions we had....

「Absolutely loved staying here. The property is gorgeous. Set up on a hill with amazing views of the mountains. About 20 minutes from town and 45 minutes from Taos ski valley, we enjoyed lovely sunsets and got some great turns in. The house is beautiful with charming rooms, fireplaces, and old Taos spirit. It had tons of room for friends and family and we would happily return here again on our next trip to town.」

「It’s a pretty isolated property. Lots of peace and serenity. The kids did dogs and s’mores after building a campfire. If you have a Tesla this probably isn’t the best place. Taos does not have a supercharger and the closest one is in Sante Fe. Actually I would stay away from Taos all together if you have a Tesla. 「The property was very comfortable and felt like home. They have everything we needed like breakfast items,coffee, and games for our teenagers. I especially enjoyed the little courtyard. 「This room was perfect for my husband and I and my Mom. It had two bedrooms and each had it's own bathroom. There was a central living room area between the two rooms and a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and freezer. It was nice that we could walk over to the casino.
