We were disappointed to find that our allocated parking space was occupied by a previous tennant's vehicle and we were then directed to a difficult to access bay. There was no physical reception and we luckily contacted the manager by phone. The property description listed "access to a pool". Never did find that! The cleaning staff were friendly and kept us well provisioned. 」
