The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room spacious and comfortable.
The choice of breakfast options between the simpler very affordable bar breakfast or the restaurant buffet was also a plus."

"This place is a Basque gem! We loved it. Andoni’s craftsmanship is evident everywhere you look and these beautiful touches create a stunning finish and a very cosy experience. My biggest fear staying in December was the cold- but when we arrived Andoni had already lit the pot belly stove and the whole house was toasty warm. Our clothes dried easily too. The house was perfect for our family of five. The location was excellent for exploring the Basque Country. My husband and I walked to Sare each morning for coffee (40 mins). The view from the house was lovely. "
