Relais & Chateaux Aletsch Arena hotels

It was a good experience stay here in Aletsch area. After skiing we can have a rest in the pool and the well-being room. Colleagues here are friendly and helpful. It is convenience as they have transportation to send us to the ski station and to the town (scheduled) for dinner and arrival - departure.

The room is upgraded, very spacious. It would be if there's a mini fridge.

Honestly I didn't expect much before staying at this hotel because I booked it only to avoid the crowdiness in Zermatt. However, the ladies who greeted us at the front desk really made our day. She is so nice and enthusiastic. I really enjoy chatting with her. Though the hotel looks quite old and isn't fancy in decoration. It has a nostalgic feel in its overall setting and the most important it is clean and smell nice. Also, it is just opposite to the Brig station, it is great for us to get up...
