“My room didn't have any soap or shampoo, and when I went to ask the front desk for some, I was told they had run out the previous day. How that even happens is astonishing, and is a sign of poor management to me. There was mild damage in the bathroom, and one of the lamps had a bad bulb. The walls are also paper thin, and you can hear whatever is happening in the rooms next to you.”

“The breakfast was not kept full, or fresh. Staff was very difficult to find for help. There were never any towels available in the pool area, and hard to find any staff to get anything needed for our room. When the staff was found they were friendly, but sometimes seemed frustrated when asked for anything.”

“Fantastic place to stay. We selected Watford City and the Roosevelt as a central base of operation while on sales calls. We have officially declared it our N.D. office. Wonderful staff, clean comfortable accommodations and convenient to restaurants and historic sites. You won't be disappointed.”

“This is a new hotel meant for long term guests who may have family at the newly built hospital. There was nothing wrong with the place. It was clean, friendly, super good breakfast and clearly built for long terms guest with kitchens in the room and larger closets. Sadly, we were only there for one night”

“it took three rooms until the manager could find a clean one and then the TV didn't work so they had to reprogram the remote, and the website says breakfast every day, there is no breakfast at this location, according to the manager, she is waiting to get her license back.”
