“Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI……

“Great location, beautiful property. Bed was comfy. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro. A different metro was 10 minutes the other direction. Plenty of options for food and groceries. Full kitchen was nice. Overall, it was a great place I'd stay at again. ”

“Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro……

“This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me.……

“A wonderful 2 bed, 2 bath in a beautiful building. Comfortable beds and perfectly clean. Roomy with nice amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Close to restaurants, shopping and the subway. “Though the journey to national harbor was cold, Parhat made me feel welcomed and warm all weekend! Cute bedroom with all the amenities you could find in a hotel! If you love a firm bed, this definitely has one. Only downside is during the winter the water takes longer to get warm. But Parhat was wonderful in letting me know and explained everything thoroughly and wonderful! ”

“Nice location and layout of the apartment, perfect for the three of us who had places to be most of the time. Large balcony with a great view. Some clothes hangers and a kitchen towel or two would have been nice. The coffee maker doesn’t work right because the glass pot is a different brand and it doesn’t fit.”

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
