“This was a pretty nice hotel. The staff was helpful/friendly even with my super late arrival. The room was nice and clean. I would stay here again if I need a place near Alexandria. ”
“We stayed for 2 nights for a friends wedding reception and were very happy. Yes there were a few things that were worn (mostly bathroom) but the rest of the room was very clean and had the feel of an executive suite. Shower pressure was great and the air conditioner was quiet. (2 of our pet peeves). The breakfast was amazing!! Clean, good coffee and loads of options above and beyond the typical offerings. I actually left my wallet and they found it and assisted me with shipping it promptly. ”

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
