“What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would……

“A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access.
The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities.
The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved.
The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to……

“Abysmal check-in. They said that they would email me prior to the stay, but they didn't. I didn't notice since I was busy preparing for my trip. So I get to the apartment, the concierge can't help me, and I'm left frantically searching my email and the portal for anything useful. I found a few phone numbers, and I finally call one that gets a fast response from a live person. After some back-and-forth, I finally get the key locker code so I can get in the room.
