"Travel Advisor Review: This was a very nice hotel. The beds were comfy and the view from my room was great. I could see the Capital from my room along with the planes coming in and leaving the RR Airport. The location was about 15 minutes from Old Towne, 20 min from DC and the National Harbour. The only negative remark I have is the waitress we had at the restaurant for breakfast. Unfortunately I did not get her name but for some reason she avoided waiting on my and my guest. We had to keep asking the host who had the best attitude for refills and our check. I mean this lady came to tables directly beside us and would not ask to refill our glasses or if we needed anything else. She acted like she was offended that we asked the chef to put our potatoes on the grill to warm them up because they were not hot enough. They make hot fresh omelets and waffles cooked to order. Other than that everything was great. To narrow it down she spoke foreign and we were there around 8:15am on 5/2/2026."

"The buffet breakfast was fabulous. I enjoyed a made-to-order omelette which was amazing. Kudos to the cook!"

"Great hotel and good price for the area. Didn't have their Bistro/Restaurant open for long hours so be sure to prepare for a quick walk to eat elsewhere or follow their hours. Enjoyed my stay and 5 minutes from airport."

"No where on their website does it indicate that you must be 21 to check in. My daughter had reservations and was met with a manager with a bad attitude. When she could have simply explained the situation instead of being rude and saying we're not letting you check in. I called and spoke to an uneducated employee who told me to look at the site for the age. Which again is not listed. He procedeed to tell me i can change the name to my daughters friend who is over 21. I did that and then they told them they dont see the reservation at all. Although i sent them the reservation invoice and reservation number with the friend name on it. Needless to say i had to call who i made the reservations with to call the hotel for me. Which then they were able to check in almost 2hrs later and a lifetime of embarrassment for those young ladies. So there will NOT be a return visit."

"I had such a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel! From the moment my partner and I arrived, the front desk staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is incredibly well maintained, having an upscale feeling of luxury. Including the room, which was immaculately clean and fresh. Everything about it was perfect. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle service. It made our travel experience so much smoother and stress free. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!"

"Nice area, bathrooms are very small. Not a good choice for family of 3 or 4."

"The air conditioner did not work upon arrival. Maintenance came and "fixed" it but it never worked properly. The thermostat had to be adjusted to get the air to run each time. The toilet was broken and would continually flush, until you adjusted the handle. When asked to be put in a new room, my request was ignored. The room was not very clean and was rundown. I stayed at this property in July 2026 with no issues. Actually, enjoyed that stay, which is why I booked for this stay. Not sure if the hotel is under new management this stay, but I likely will not rebook."
