A wonderful and affordable hotel for being so centrally located in Alexandria and you don't notice much of the main road that runs behind the hotel. Unfortunately I got there the night before and was away on a tour in Alexandria the whole day after before I went on to Cairo. Therefore I didn't have time to use the pool or beach but both looked tempting. The breakfast was wonderful but not the dinner, ordered grilled seafood the first night but got (and paid for) a very simple seafood soup. Ordered grilled seafood the second night as well and then I got it, but... The food must have been waiting for a long time because everything on the plate was cold and the shells were stuck together to the shrimps. Didn't have time to complain because I was going on to Cairo, but it was the worst grilled seafood I've ever eaten.

Among all features there are some features that are very important such as safety as my friend forgot his mobile in the hotel and the staff didn’t spare any efforts until they handed it over to my friend also the best location then the nice view, room cleanness and kind staff, I enjoyed the stay as home. The good: Decent breakfast, nice pool (closes as early as 6:30pm), private beach, view from the room balcony, friendly bellman and breakfast staff. The not so good: Loud DJ music and noise by the pool area just below our room late into the night despite complaining to the front office about it. Thankfully I had ear plugs to dampen the noise and go to sleep. Dirty carpet and bed sheet/pillow cases in our room with hair and dark stains, leading to a room change after complaining to the general manager who apologized for the room’s condition but thought it could be related to the washing machine. One of the pool attendants or life guards was rude to my significant other taking away an umbrella she was using by the pool area without asking her or acknowledging her presence or apologizing even after she let him know she was using that umbrella.

The location is amazing, the staff in general are helpful and apologists for any errors they’re not responsible for as it’s coming from the management significant mal organization. Room was not ready when we arrived, were told reservation starts the 30th while it was the 26th, toilet seat loose, very slow shower drainage with overflow, weak water flow, balcony door non tight wind flowing on, changed the room, second room was better, came at night to find the room flooding as rain and entered through the non tight balcony door, changed room for the second time in less than 24 hours, asked for a refund and reception staff said if it wasn’t through Expedia they would have refunded me, manager Mr Gamal didn’t bother to contact us, so far didn’t get any email from Expedia regarding my complaint and asking for a refund. Valet Ahmed, house keeper Asmaa, Guest relations Sandy as well as reception staff were all very nice apologizing all the time for the shortcomings. The hotel was not ready yet to accept guests!!!

When we arrived at 7pm, we were informed that no double‑bed room was available, despite having specifically requested it and noting this in our booking. We were instead offered a king room, or a king room with a crib, neither of which was acceptable, particularly given that we were on vacation and had paid extra for a sea‑view room. After some back‑and‑forth, we were eventually given two king‑size bedrooms, but both rooms had multiple issues. Although the design was modern, the quality did not meet five‑star standards. In my room, the fridge was leaking, the safe was not functioning, and the water was not warm enough for a bath, requiring several maintenance visits. During my stay I heard a weird water sound (flushing) several times, I did not figure out what it was until the day I was leaving, turns out the toilet seat flushes on its own, and no it is not a sensor based seat.. it is a manual flushing toilet. I am generally not demanding when it comes to food, and I am familiar with Arab cuisine, but the breakfast was below basic expectations, not even in line with what one would find in a three‑star hotel. While the staff tried their best to resolve issues, and were generally nice, it was such a disappointing stay.

We had to wait quite long before the check in tjme at 2:00 PM because the room wasn’t ready and when we entered the room the floor was still wet from after cleaning, also they couldn’t find the balcony key took for us to lock it and they kept telling us no need it’s already safe but the balconies are so close to the others right next to us so anyone can access.

There is sewerage odor , although they are cleaner coming every day but looks a problem construction. The cleaning or room is superficial because if you move the sofa , you will find surprises. Otherwise the staffs are very kind.

While the hotel seems relatively new but the services leave a lot to be desired. Loud music all day to late at night and same collection. You can't enjoy a quiet time at the beach. Once I had to call reception to tell them it's 11pm and I cant sleep due to their loud music. Another day an employee was arranging pool beds around 2am, another day a guest was talking very loud on telephone by the pool around 3am and an employee next by didnt do anything. Many are times that my room was cleaned late and something is alway a miss. It could be a hand towel, water, coffee, body wash e.t.c. I asked for slippers at reception. I had to call reception next day to remind and insist before I received them. If you are the type who expect service as described in the listing, then this is not a place for you I asked waitress for water to my lunch. she didnt seem to have understood and I dont speak arabic. she said, I hold on then came her boss (I think) asking what the problem was. I told her that I would like to order some water but she didnt seem to have understood either so I told her it's fine. She said I paid and I asked her if I could pay after I've eaten because I'd like to order a cheese cake afterword. "You can order whatever you want later but pay now", was the response I got and with some attitude. I paid, lost appetite for the cake. That was my last lunch at their restaurant and instead went to Gleem Bay with lots of nice restaurants by the sea
