Great hotel with a wonderful pool area. Hotel provides shuttle to the nearby beaches twice a day. There are some really, really good restaurants just around the corner.

The property landscaping was beautiful. Hotel needs a lot of renovations and a little more upkeep as there was quite a bit of mold, mildew around the sink area. Bathtub and bedroom was very large. Local beach, not suitable for swimming has runoff from the streets when it rains goes right into the ocean 50 feet in front, which makes the water very dirty. Also too many fishing boats in front of the beach not allow swimming. They do have transportation to a couple of local beaches. Wish I would've gone to.Patong or Kata beach. Absolutely noting to do in Rawai. The Rawai Resort is a destination resort. It's excellent for families and children.

Amazing location if you are looking for a more relaxed scene in Phuket, price is unbeatable for what you get to experience, beaches are very easy access. Staff was extremely welcoming and always going the extra step to make you feel comfortable.

Lovely hotel and resort and the pool is absolutely amazing. Downsides - Aircon is really weird, seems to work for 30 mins after you change the temp and then just goes back to being a fan leaving rooms really warm. Warnings everywhere about additional charges, towels, glasses, bottles, drinks, at the restaurant for breakfast "anybody caught taking food back to room" etc. Nothing says relax and enjoy your stay quite like the threat of fines everywhere you turn. Some staff are lovely, Nadia at the pool bar and a couple of the women in the restaurant for breakfast but the rest looks like they've eaten a sour apple. The kids smile and say "Sa-wat-dee" and they just glare back!! Shame as it could easily be an amazing hotel.

The hotel is great for the kids and with a good location, The only negative is the cleaner always saying out of towels on a hotel this size and not full this should never happen.

Lovely resort. I went with my Russian speaking family and it was a haven for Russian speakers. Everything was close to the hotel and very convenient. We enjoyed the pool right outside and a warm bath tub in the room. Breakfast was lovely. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Really good hotel, big thank you to all staff who were very friendly, always smiling and welcoming. Hotels room very specious, clean, comfortable beds, great big swimming pool. Our TV was not working the staff replaced it straight away. Only minus would be no indoor kids area for kids, no slides in swimming pool and room towels were not very fresh even the new ones. We still highly recommend Rawai Palm Beach resort, very affordable and good quality.

Awesome hotel & value for money

We loved our stay at Rawai Palm Beach Resort & we highly recommend for all types of travellers. The staff are really friendly & helpful, the rooms are spacious & clean, the pool & poolside bar are awesome & the included breakfast has so much variety in Thai & Western food & the Thai changes daily - it's delicious!! Our stay at Rawai Palm Beach Resort in Phuket was exceptional. The resort exceeded our expectations, with all our needs expertly met. The room service, front desk team, and taxi service were all highly attentive and accommodating. The resort’s layout felt like a private island, with lush palm trees, a beautiful pool, and direct beach access. The well-maintained facilities and stunning pool access room added to our enjoyment. The property was great with a huge pool. Rawai is an average beach spot and there not much shopping to be done here, need to grab a taxi and head to Phuket old town or Kata beach for shopping. Food in the area was ok though.

Beatyfull pool area

Everything here was very beautyfull. Especialy arround the pool. Breakfast had som isues. The break was not fresh and the fruit was not reif. But anyway a realy nice hotel where i am certainly Will come back

Great stay overall.

This was our first trip to Thailand, Phuket/Rawai especially. The hotel is very nice on the outside. Our room was extremely spacious but kind of dated. The “king” bed was essentially 2 twin mattresses together and I ended up in the middle, which caused me back slight pain. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Huge breakfast buffet. The pool area was smaller than the pictures make it seem, also not a lot of lounge chairs unless you get there super early. Within walking distance from a town of restaurants and shops, as well as the pier where you can catch long boats and speed boats to some of the islands.
