“I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show.”

“It was a nightmare checking in. Staff said they couldnt find our reservation number. Then claimed they found it and gave us a room, but not the one we reserved and paid for. When questioned, we were told we had to call Expedia!?! So we did, and after about 2 hours we were finally given the actual room we had reserved. Such a hassel for a stay at a hotel that was not as great as claimed.”

“We always feel so at home and comfortable when we stay at College Inn. The breakfast is wonderful and owners are always so quick with communication. We definitely will be returning!”

“They upgraded their hotel, its more fantastic now, its around an extremely large amount of restaurants. Great staff and decently clean, the carpet is still a little old but time changes everything”

“I booked a suite for the extra comfort. The room was large as expected and clean. Maintenance was a disappointment. The facility is obviously old, however it could be better maintained. The carpeting was crinkled up and needs replacement or at least re-stretching. The plumbing fixtures in the tub are rusted and should be replaced. This is a pretty easy fix. The lighting is awful. There are lots of fixtures, but no place where you have ample light to read or put on makeup. The breakfast was……

“The property is OK for the price though the breakfast can be better; it felt stale esp the breads. Behavior of the staff is not good. I had to cut short my visit by one day and even though the terms and conditions of expedia clearly stated that to cancel the next night, we must inform by previous midnight and I did inform at 5 pm on 06/12 that I needed to cancel the 06/13 night, they did not refund me. The hotel told me that Expedia will manage this as it is a 3rd party booking. I called Expedia……
