“This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe.”

It was stressful and we arrived late at night. After a near accident with a truck, asked my friends who drove me to stay and drive the day after.
The hotel changed the room for us for a fee and managed to let us park at the property.
Super service and very nice hotel.
I would have definitely stayed if i had not booked an apartment in downtown prior to arrival.”

“The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty.
