「The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. 「Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.」

「A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access.
The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities.
The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved.
The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...
