「Nice place」

「Upon arrival, I was told that I had received an “upgrade” because my originally booked room did not have a pool view. Unfortunately, this so-called upgrade quickly turned into a major disappointment. When I entered the room, I was shocked by its condition. There was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke, the bed linen was dirty, and the entire room looked worn out and poorly maintained. 「Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. 」
