「One night stay in Ravenna at this hotel for a cruise that was departing the following day. Perfect for what we needed. A late check in and much was closed in the area that late except for a delicious restaurant walkable from hotel that the staff recommended. Staff was very helpful in securing transportation to the cruise terminal from the hotel as well. Breakfast buffet was included and offered hot and cold selections. The dining area was inside or seating outside with a beautiful landscaping....

「Hotel was okay, cleanliness was suspect. Bedsheets smelled a bit. First room had smoke in it, so had to request a change of room. Customer service was just okay, a bit rude at times, but managable. Can't say enjoyed the stay here. Won't stay again for sure.」

「I arrived late after an exhausting day of travel, made even longer by a four-hour delay waiting for my luggage. As a solo female raveler, I found the hotel to be clean and felt safe during my stay. The front desk attendant was genuinely kind and welcoming, but he appeared to be working alone, and the hotel could benefit from additional staff. The entrance has stairs, and there was no assistance with luggage. Guests are also required to leave their room key at the front desk whenever they leave...

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
