This is the 3rd stay at this wonderful villa. Each time we plan to explore the Algarve, we end up relaxing in the garden and swimming in the pool. We go home relaxed and recharged. We look forward to staying in years to come.

We had a great vacation at this house with everything very accurately described and the host is wonderful to deal with with any questions i had. Its very well equipped with all you might need. Its very private and was a lovely oasis to return to each day.

ist dieses Haus genau das richtige. Abseits vom Massentourismus und überfüllten Stränden kann man hier die Natur genießen in vollkommener Privatsphäre. Ein wunderschön angelegter Pool lädt zum Baden ein und das Innere des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Meine Familie und ich haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Nach einem anstrengenden Tagesausflug war es immer wieder ein Genuss und eine Freude, in den Luxus der Privatheit und Ruhe zurückzukehren. Danke an die überaus freundlichen Gastgeber. und

Nous avons été éblouis par la propriété dès notre arrivée. C'est une magnifique villa, très propre, bien entretenue, décorée avec goût, très confortable et avec toutes les équipements et produits essentiels requis pour un séjour agréable, et même plus. Nos hôtes ont vraiment pensé à tout. On a profité des deux terasses avec vue splendide sur les collines et de la belle grande piscine à tous les jours. L'endroit est très calme et les gens que nous avons croisés très sympathiques. Il y a un petit café à quelques minutes de marche de la maison. Nous recommandons aussi le petit sentier (Trilho das borboletas) qui débute à quelques centaines de mètres sur le chemin du café. Un gros merci à Peter et Monika de partager une si belle résidence est d'être super accessibles. Merci aussi à Graciela pour l'accueil et les explications qui nous ont permis de nous sentir immédiatement comme chez nous et pour son chaleureux sourire à chaque fois que nous la croisions lors de nos promenades aux alentours. Cette superbe propriété est définitivement notre premier choix pour notre prochain séjour en Algarve !

Maison au calme, sans vis a vis, obligation d'avoir un véhicule pour les courses, le premier magasin d'alimentation se trouve à environ 4 kilomètres. Pas d'emplacement privé pour le véhicule à l'intérieur de la propriété. Mais aucun problème pour vous stationner car la maison se situe au bout d'une impasse où une aire de stationnement est présente. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de profiter de la piscine car cette dernière n'a pas été entretenu par le jardinier sur place. Mais je tenais à féliciter le propriétaire, pour tenter de régler ce problème à distance. Il nous a d'ailleurs dédommagé de ce préjudice.

Nous avons de très bonnes vacances dans cette très belle maison. Calme, tranquillité, aucun vis à vis quand nous sommes dans la piscine ou sur la terrasse, tout est bien pensé pour s’y plaire ! Maison totalement équipée (surtout la Clim dans toutes les pièces… et c’est obligatoire dans cette région) Cuisine avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Le propriétaire répond rapidement à nos mails/questions. La maison correspond vraiment à la description dans l’annonce. Je recommande !

Zeer mooie en complete villa die onze verwachtingen overtrof. Door de Corona onze reis een jaar uit moeten stellen, maar zeker de moeite waard om voor te wachten. Wij komen zeker terug vo,lgend jaar!

This property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, it is well furnished and has everything that is home from home. The location is on the edge of a nature reserve, the amount of beautiful wildlife around the garden is pleasing. The host Peter kept in touch and ensured we had everything needed for us to be comfortable during our stay. We have spent several years looking for a villa we would return to, this is it, we are returning next year. We had a really happy holiday.

Myself and my wife have just returned from staying at this wonderful villa for 9 nights...it was a late booking and the communication from the owner was brilliant..all directions and meeting Paula on arrival were great..We have stayed on the Algarve before so had no intention of travelling far...the fantastic pool and garden area are just the place to enjoy lazy days and the modern interior and tv kept us entertained in the evenings..the villa was equipped with everything you need and was spotless..we really did have a great time..Once again thanks to Peter and his team...Paul and Sharon from Wales

Ein wunderschönes großzügiges Haus mit toller Ausstattung und nahezu uneinsehbarem Grundstück. Wer die Ruhe sucht und doch nicht die große Entfernung zur nächsten Stadt ist hier optimal im Urlaub. Der Pool und Gartenbereich wird 2mal in der Woche gepflegt. Medial ist man gut bis sehr gut angebunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr gut bei Bedarf telefonisch erreichbar. Wir haben uns 14 Tage im September ob am Pool im Garten oder auf einer der Terrassen ausreichend gesonnt und erholt.

-Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus, in dem man sich auch bei schlechterem Wetter sehr gut aufhalten kann. -Liebevoll gepflegter Garten. -Insgesamt in sehr ruhiger ländlicher Lage mit Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen. -Sao Bras Alportel bietet alle Möglichkeiten sich mit allem Notwendigen zu versorgen. Insbesondere zu empfehlen ist der kleine aber authentische Markt mit ausreichendem Fischangebot und frischem Gemüse. -Wer Lust hat auf Strand und Meer, findet wunderbare Gelegenheiten auf weißem Sand kilometerweit zu wandeln. -Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gute Tipps, Portugal zu erkunden.

Peter has been a super host, and his home is extremely pleasant for family stay. The house is located in the country side, with a wonderful landscape , but at only 4 minutes for Sao Bras de Alportel ,ad 25 minutes from Faro. Our stay has been one of the best ever, as Peter's house is fully equipped , perfectly clean and modern. Everything you would need or expect there is available. Peter is always responsive, kind and considerate, with our thanks We recommend warmly Peter's home, and would not hesitate to return there in the future

Wir durften 2 Wochen in diesem großzügigen Anwesen verbringen welches ausreichend ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt ist. Besonders der Garten und den wunderbaren Pool bieten bei der ruhigen Umgebung mit Blick ins Grüne höchsten Erholungswert. Auch lässt sich von hier aus ,mit einem Mietwagen , die Algarve bestens erkunden. Sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter, alles sehr nett und kompetent organisiert.Ebenso Bia, unsere Ansprechpartnerin war sehr freundlich, haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Superbe maison facile à vivre avec le chant des cigales qui vous réveillent le matin.Deux supermarchés à proximités et quelques restaurants très bons. La plage est à une vingtaines de kilomètres .Si nous devions revenir dans cette région du Portugal nous reviendrons louer cette très jolie maison.

Maison à la campagne à proximité de deux supermarchés et de restaurants. A une vingtaine de kilomètre de Faro .Le matin vous êtes réveillés par le chant des cigales et le soleil se lève très tôt, car il y a une heure de moins par rapport à la France donc un peu profiter très tôt de la piscine.Le personnel qui vous accueille et qui s'occupe du jardin et de la piscine sont très gentils et discrets.Maison très facile à vivre nous avions passer 13 jours. Si nous pouvons revenir passer des vacances dans cette partie du Portugal nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ein rundum schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen! Grosszügiges, gut eingerichtetes, gepflegtes Haus - hübscher Garten - lauschige Umgebung für kurze Spaziergänge - kurze Distanzen nach Faro (pittoreske Altstadt) und an die Strände der Algarve sowie ein zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber, der die Gegend kennt, wie seine Westentasche. Ich war nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Ich kann es wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Das Haus sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet!Wunderbare Lage für Ruhesuchende mitten in der Natur! Wir genossen bei Sonnenschein unser Frühstück auf der schönen Terasse . Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus und konnten von Sao Bras die Algarve erkunden!
