Charming apartment in Alghero

This clean, charming and fully equipped apartment with many rooms had enough space for all of us (three couples). We stayed there for three nights and always felt very comfortable. The flat is well-located, with just 10 minute walks to the old town and the beach. It served as a great base for our visit to Alghero and our day excursions. The owners were always very friendly and hospitable.

Very negative experience in communications

The accommodation was mostly OK except for the rather old-fashioned look of the furniture. The main problem was communication with Mari via email. She demanded that we arrive at a exact time as she manages other properties and cannot be everywhere. She also did not offer any help when our party was joined by one more person. Just wanted more money without providing an extra bed. On top of this after our visit we received back only part of the security deposit. When asked by email what the charge is for, we were told - bank transfer fees. Since there are NO FEES between euro accounts in Italy and France I thought it was not the right thing to do.

VACANZE 2021

Appartamento situato in posizione perfetta, tutto come da descrizione, unica cosa che migliorerei è l'installazione dell'aria condizionata cosa che il propietario ha già messo in programmazione, anche se appartamento abbastanza fresco ,solamente in due sere ho avuto un pò caldo ,ma erano giornate particolarmente calde e non ventilate come di solito è nella zona, quindi direi tutto bene, GRAZIE.

Es war alles zufriedenstellend, nur dass es niemand erwähnte, dass eine Kirmis täglich bis 1 Uhr nachts aktiv ist. Es war sehr laut und man kam nicht zur Ruhe bei der Hitze.

DREAM HOLIDAY!

Super guaranteed this beautiful holiday home in Alghero on the sea, comfortable and spacious, where we spent a beautiful and unforgettable stay. From the terrace we have admired wonderful sunsets over the sea and on the promontory of CAPO CACCIA. Alghero is a beautiful city to visit and the house is very close to the fascinating medieval city center and the beaches of Alghero are all wonderful. Bellissima e spaziosa casa vacanza in centro

Siamo rimasti molto felici di aver trascorso la nostra vacanza in questa bellissima e confortevole casa, non ci mancava niente, è stato come trovarci a casa nostra! La casa si trova in posizione centrale in Alghero e fronte mare e il panorama dalla terrazza è meraviglioso! A due passi dalla casa c'è il centro storico e dietro la casa c'è la fermata degli autobus con la biglietteria ed è stato comodissimo per spostarci con i bus per andare a visitare tutte le belle spiagge di Alghero. Ci siamo molto divertiti andando anche con le biciclette prese a noleggio facendo lunghe passeggiate lungo le piste ciclabili. Alghero è meravigliosa e merita di essere visitata. Un grazie di cuore a Antonello e Mari sempre disponibili e gentili con noi. Casa super garantita per una bella vacanza.

INDIMENTICABILE FANTASTICA VACANZA!

Super garantita uesta bella e confortevole casa vacanza in favolosa posizione in Alghero fronte mare da cui ammirare tramonti e panorama fantastici! Con i miei amici abbiamo trascorso una indimenticabile vacanza e ringraziamo i propiretari gentilissimi sempre disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza e bisogno durante la vacanza trascorsa. Sehr gute Unterkunft in sehr günstiger Lage

Die über zwei Etagen gehende Wohnung ist großzügig bemessen und gut eingerichtet. Der freie Blick auf den Hafen ist wunderschön, der Sonnenuntergang ein Genuss. Eine sehr kurze Wegstrecke nur bis zur Altstadt, die mit ihren schönen Gebäuden, Restaurants und Läden, auch auf der Stadtmauer promenierend, genossen werden kann. Wir verlebten sehr angenehme Tage in diesem empfehlenswerten Quartier.

Fantastic location. Very clean. Lots of space.

We just returned from a fantastic break. Antonello was very welcoming. The property is spacious, over 2 floors, with views over the sea. The old town is only 5 minutes away and is full of great restaurants. Car parking was no trouble. We would stay here again ... highly recommended!

THE BEST VACATION OF MY LIFE!!!

Thanks Mari e Anto for unforgettable memories. Their house was making feel like I am at home and everything was so sweet and lovely. I highly recommend to visit Alghero, house of Mari e Anto. Why? Très bel appartement

Nous étions 7 personnes a occuper cet appartement duplex,très propre, au quatrième et troisième étage avec ascenseur,la vue sur la mer, sur le port et sur le coucher de soleil est superbe. Emplacement idéal à proximité des plages et de la très jolie vielle ville. Le propriétaire très sympathique. Je recommande cet appartement. Michel l

BEAUTIFUL HOME STAY UNFORGETTABLE

Everything about Anto and Mari is great aparplacetament was perfec and very nice and made us feel as though we were at an expensive resort. The house is very great , it's nearby the city center and just 2 minute walk from the beach. It's also really calm quiet at night . It's a place I'll definately go back to. The view from he apartment was fantastic and it was very close to everything and very accessible by pubblic transportation. Anto e Mari are a very welcoming hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Alghero.

BELLISSIMA VACANZA IN SPLENDIDA CASA

Ho soggiornato in questo delizioso grande appartamento con un gruppo di amici per festeggiare il mio compleanno e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità; la casa è perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione fornita sul sito ed è equipaggiata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa! Casa molto pulita, camere spaziose, spazi comuni accoglienti e bella terrazza sul mare da cui ammirare un panorama spettacolare su tutto il golfo di Alghero e sul promontorio di Capo Caccia, meraviglioso godersi il tramonto. Ringrazio i proprietari per essere venuti incontro a tutte le nostre richieste e per essersi dimostrati più che disponibili! A presto!

SPLENDIDA VACANZA IN BELLISSIMA CASA

Siamo molto felici di aver trascorso una così bella vacanza ad Alghero! Abbiamo gradito molto la pulizia di questo spaziosissimo appartamento, la posizione veramente molto comoda, la cura dei dettagli, ma soprattutto a fare la differenza è stata la gentilezza dei padroni di casa Antonello e Mari che sono persone molto gentili e disponibili; al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto una bella accoglienza con dolci tipici e vini sardi. E' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa!!! Questa bellissima casa vacanza che si affaccia sul mare con un meraviglioso panorama sul porto si trova in una posizione comodissima perchè è a due passi dal centro storico medioevale e vicinissima alla spiaggia. Gli autobus passano e si fermano davanti casa. Per chi invece arriva con il mezzo proprio c'è un ampio parcheggio auto fronte casa con dei posti anche a non pagamento. La casa è molto grande, pulita ed accogliente, molto curata e provvista di ogni comfort con ventilatori a soffitto in ogni camera che rinfrescano ottimamente l'aria respirando quella bella brezza marina che arriva direttamente dal mare di fronte. L'annuncio rispecchia perfettamente la realtà. il WI-FI è ottimo! Per ogni ospite ci sono a disposizione teli da bagno e sono forniti anche i saponi per il corpo. Tutto perfetto!!! Se tornerò ad Alghero alloggerò sicuramente in questa bella casa vacanza! La consiglio vivamente a tutti!!! Bests hosts I've ever met!!! Michele

Excellent Super Super Holiday House

It was a great experience staying at the place. The house is huge. We are a group of 10 ppl requiring five bedrrooms, and we still feel it very spacious. Every evening we came back we were so happy to have a drink together in the living room and every morning we enjoyed the view of the port at the balcony. The location is fantastic - a big parking almost at the door, bar at the corner where we found the coffeè was very good, 2 mins walk to the old town. Mari and Antonello were very helpful during our stay. The communication was super. thank very much Antonello e Mari! Vivian

UNFORGETTABLE WONDERFUL VACATION IN ALGHERO

We are a group of 8 friends and we chose this wonderful Alguer vacation house for our holiday in Alghero which we liked immediately from the photos shown in the ad. The house is still more beautiful than in the photos and deserves it so much, on the sea, and we highly recommend it. We happily spent a wonderful stay at this house with every comfort. The owners are adorable, kind and attentive adn have followed us with availability in every need. Thanks very much to Anto and Mari for hosting us we will be very happy to return for another holiday. Alghero is very beautiful!

FANTASTICO SOGGIORNO AD ALGHERO

Ideale per gruppi!

La casa è un'ottima soluzione per le vacanze ad Alghero. Bella, spaziosa, curata, pulitissima e superaccessoriata. La posizione è perfetta: appena fuori dal centro storico raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Particolarmente piacevole è stata l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto trovare un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto e si sono dimostrati sempre attenti alle nostre richieste. Assolutamente da consigliare...

Super apartment on a fantastic island

We had the pleasure to stay in Mari and Antonellos wonderful apartment for 8 nights. It is a really nice apartment with plenty of rooms. We were 10 persons (8 adults and 2 children) and it was no problem at all. The apartment is 200m from a very good beach and 200m from the village old town. There are lots of life, but not noisy at all. From the apartment there is a perfect view of the harbor and the water. We rented a car, but it was not needed. There is bus to different locations. Finally I will mention that Mari and Antonello are wonderful persons, which made our stay even better.

Nice time in Alghero

We had a nice time in Mari and Antonello apartment! The apartment is well located, just in front of the port and well equiped with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Both Mari and Antonello are really sympathic and nice. Everything went well and we hope coming back next year here.
