Ground floor: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 23 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette, TV and Extra bed only suitable for small children up to 6 years of age. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs and parasol.
Higher ground floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with dinette, TV, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker induction cooker, oven, refrigerator (freezer), washing machine and **** PLEASE NOTE: Refrigerator, crockery and kitchenette must be left clean before departure and rubbish must be thrown in the bins provided, otherwise up to €100.00 will be deducted from the deposit. The dinette offers space for 4 persons.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
