The front desk staff (Cerine and Nawal) were EXCELLENT ….. They were so very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out … Everything from arranging taxis to restaurants recommendations to directions on where to go, they were always ready to help me. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and solo travelers coming to the wonderful city of Algiers ….

Just for a night stay? then fine.

Was just okay. The check in time of 3pm is a little unreasonable. My flight was very early morning and they gave me a room that was available which was nice of them.Not sure what the other rooms are like but it was just okay. Hotel doesn’t have much atmosphere and I was pretty keen to head out than stay. If it’s just for a comfortable place to stay for a night then this is fine. But ask friends or get recommendations first, online details really don’t give you a real sense of the place

J'ai été très déçu par mon récent séjour dans cet hôtel. Bien que l'établissement semble séduisant en apparence, l'expérience a été gâchée par le manque flagrant de professionnalisme de certains membres du personnel. Leurs attitudes inappropriées, manquant de courtoisie et surtout d'honnêteté, risque de repousser de nombreux clients si la direction ne prend pas conscience de ces problèmes et n'agit pas en conséquence.
