“The place”

“We booked a 6-person family room for our family of 6. When we arrived at the property, it took talking to a manager to get them to give us that room instead of a double. There’s some problem between the property and Expedia that doesn’t let you book the right room for the right price that is clear for all. Also had a poor experience at the buffet dinner restaurant with the wait staff giving our table away when we went to fill our plates and making us wait for 20 minutes to get another table set……

“I stayed here with my brother for a week in April. We found the hotel to be modern, tidy and peaceful. The food was excellent and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot.”

“A bit far from the Casbah, but near Metro, so easy. Love my garden view room with sea beyond”

“Afric Hotel is well located with the casbah and metro in walking distance. The staff is really friendly and helpful and speaks English. For Algiers it might be your best budget option near the casbah, but in Algeria it was my most expensive accommodation and the rooms and breakfast were the most basic/outdated. The rooms really need some love and attention. Expect a small bathroom where everything will get wet when you shower. There is no lift so if you happen to stay on the 5th or 6th floor,……

Nos vacances ont été gâchées avec cette annulation de dernière minute sachant que nous attendions ce séjour depuis le début d’année. Hôtel injoignable et Expédia ne nous a pas trouvé de solution. Je suis complètement insatisfaite et très choquée. Mes enfants sont très déçus. ”

“We stayed here after arriving at the airport in order to recover from a long trip. This hotel was ideal for that. It’s a short taxi ride from the airport. We also understood that they have a free airport shuttle but we did not use it. Second, there is a nice cafe and also a buffet restaurant that were open late. We could get a good meal and pay on a credit card and not worry about not yet having the opportunity to change money. We had delicious drinks at the cafe and later had a light……
