“This is an older property that was originally a lodge surrounded by a golf course. The golf property must have been sold off in the past, so the lodge remains. The front desk staff was personable and helpful. The room was HUGE. All the furnishings were vintage (and not in the good way). The bathroom was very dimly lit, but functional. The breakfast had make-to-order eggs and all of the other usual offerings. The AC was very quiet and the plumbing also quiet. They lock the lobby at night……

“The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. But the beautiful pool that they show and hot tub as their main attraction on their pictures is closed due to health issues. This isn’t a recent closure. It’s been closed since December. But they don’t have it on the website. Also, I think this reflects very poor on Expedia for not keeping up-to-date on the hotels as well. None of the pool, hot tub kids area. None of it was open all it has been closed for over six months. Extremely disappointing for……

“Very laid back. It's an older hotel however very nicely kept! We didn't see staff on site for hotel however, everything was ready foe us with clear directions. This is our second time staying and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is in the door county area!”

“The location is great. It’s too expensive for that per-night price knowing that no complimentary breakfast, and only three basic toiletries. If you are sensitive to noise be aware of the walls of the rooms passing all midnight conversations, TV and laughter of next door guests. Front desk only until 9:00pm”
