Donna Rosa Hotel provided the best customer service we experienced anywhere in Italy and Sicily. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and assisted us with everything we needed.

“The stay was good. Rough start due to noise, you can hear everything in the hallways and roof, especially if you are a light sleeper. Top shower head had a little bit of mold, but there was an additional shower head that was clean. The B&B rooms and the main premises were very clean and the staff were exceptionally kind. This is a very affordable and safe place to stay.”

“We had the most lovely stay at Antico Borgo Etneo. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station, the property is gorgeous, our room was very clean and relatively cool considering we were in the middle of a heat wave. Great hospitality and a scrumptious breakfast (we’ll be thinking about that lemon chiffon cake for ages). We would stay again the next time in Calatabiano. Grazie a tutti!”
