Stayed here for 3 nights for vacation and wedding nearby. Excellent value and great staff. Location is awesome - close to attractions and public transit, walkable to waterfront. Would stay again for sure.

Not impressed with the service for a 5 star hotel!!! Stayed at the this property the night of 6/19 for our wedding anniversary. We arrived at the hotel a little after 4pm to check in and was told our room was not ready and they were waiting for a final inspection. Was told to wait in the lobby for 10 mins and our room would be ready. After 10 minutes, room was still not ready and then was told it would be another 10 minutes. MANY others were also waiting for their rooms. This is simply unacceptable to arrive after the check in time and rooms are not ready. Clearly there’s a service problem. There’s no way to get ice without asking the front desk. Called and requested ice from customer service/front desk. Waited and waited and finally just went to the lobby to get ice myself. Once again, service is lacking and there’s clearly no sense of urgency with any of the staff. One of the elevators didn’t seem to be working and it took FOREVER to use the only operable elevator. It took so long we finally took the stairs down and ended up having to go through the kitchen to exit the building. NOT AT ALL the experience I was expecting from this class of hotel. Do better 1 hotel.

excellent restaurant and decor

Wait times were excessive. Breakfast at George waiter very inattentive. Bagel and English muffin were hard as a rock… inedible
