「A warm friendly welcome set the scene when we arrived for our 3 night stay in June. All staff were pleasant and delightful. Nothing to fault, apart from an uncomfortable dip in one mattress. We did not use the restaurant. The hotel is old but the rate paid was a bargain and we hope to return.」

「A great place to stay when you are in Devon. A very clean and welcoming place. A brilliant location for anyone to stay in Paignton only 2 minutes walk to the sea front and a 3 minute walk to the town centre all on the flat.
