“La habitación estaba limpia,pero en malas condiciones la pila del lavabo estaba suelta,el cristal de la ducha estaba suelto y en edredón de la cama tenía una mancha de sangre antigua. El staff muy bueno,Parking muy bueno El aire acondicionado muyyy bueno En general nos sentimos muy bien,apenas tuvimos trato con los trabajadores pero el muchacho de la recepción fue muy amable al necesitarlo,la piscina espectacular,volvería a visitar. Gracias”

“Overall the resort was very nice and we loved the pool and shuttle service to the beach. The only thing that I felt needed improved was the ability to get things like clean towels & TP (we had 4 adults and 2 kids in our room & only given 1 roll each time we asked). I did book through a 3rd party app, so that may have been why some of the communication was lacking since I did no book directly through the resort itself. I was very pleased with our stay though!”

“Staff was helpful and sweet and breakfast was good, but the hotel itself needed a serious upgrade. Carpet was old and torn. Beds were uncomfortable and neighbors were loud.”

“I was highly disappointed when I arrived. The lobby was chaotic and extremely hot. There seemed to be some confusion about some rooms that a bus load of people were having regarding their reservations. I stood in line and waited patiently as both front desk people were trying to resolve the issue. Once I was checked in, I went to my room (147). The room wasn’t numbered and the door looked like it had been burned at one point and they painted over it. Once I entered, I noticed black mold and a……

“The place is definitely run down, but seemed clean enough. The air conditioning in the room was super loud-lots of rattling. The tv remote didn’t work (neither did the room phone), but the girl from the front desk came to replace the remote. The room didn’t have any towels. When I went down to ask for one, I was told they didn’t have any clean. I had to specifically ask for a washcloth or paper towels to be able to dry my hands. It was fine for a one night stay.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”
