「Great place to stay! Nicely updated. We love skiing at Holiday Valley and this condo was very conveniently located. More private and spacious than staying close to the lodge, but can still ski in/out. And if you don’t feel comfortable skiing to/from the condo there is a nice shuttle service to take you to and from the main lodge. We would love to stay here again!」

「Spent a summer weekend enjoying all Ellicottville has to offer. House location as perfect - easy .5 mile walk into town to enjoy drinks and food and more drinks! Great options to choose from! Rock city state park had some great places to hike. House was perfect for three couples. Really enjoyed the fire pit and big dining room table to play cards and games. Back yard is very private and plenty of parking. Highly recommend. No ocean view though might want to adjust the listing 」
