"The cleaner smell in the room was terrible and too strong had a window open and it lingered the whole stay. The room was clean . Breakfast was under whelming and not really any good options for gluten free . "
"Breakfast was VERY basic. Pancake, frozen breakfast sandwich, frozen/canned fruit, boiled egg in fridge, toast and cereal. Muffins were individually wrapped. Coffee was good.
They need to get rid of the carpet in the room. It is dirty. There was some sticky stuff on the floor of the bathroom that I was able to clean up. No room service for 5 days."
"You’re paying a premium to stay at this hotel. At over $800 a night, I expected a lot more, and unfortunately it didn’t deliver.
Our room had visible water damage, baseboards coming off the wall, badly stained lampshades, holes in the wallpaper, and worn furniture. It was a single king room that was obviously converted from a double queen, and it felt very bare. There was no artwork, no extra seating or furniture, and none of the small touches I’d expect from a higher-end property like bottled water, mints, chocolates, etc.
The view from our room was of a woodpile and a utility road, and it was noisy from staff taking garbage out. I understand not every room can have an amazing view, but the hotel didn’t appear to be full, so I would have expected a better room placement.
We brought these concerns forward and were given a discount, which was appreciated. That said, for the price being charged, these issues really shouldn’t have needed to be addressed after the fact.
There were also noticeable exterior maintenance issues. From our window we could see missing siding, exposed piping, and a fence falling over.
None of this would be a major issue at a budget hotel, but for the level this property markets itself at, they need to do better."

6/10 Okay
"The parking lot it terrible. But you can walk right across the street for food. The front desk girl was faking sneezing after I brought my dog in and stood by the door while I’m husband filled out paperwork so that was annoying. The room was okay and the balcony was nice but you had to paid for breakfast if you wanted it and our bathroom was gross. The bottom of the tub was very discolored the bathroom definitely had some type of flood because there was water damage everywhere and that pink bathroom mold all in the grout. Pool was fun though. "
