Staff was very well trained and extremely friendly and helpful Continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had Dog friendly. Staff provided dog treats without requesting Welcome package included a nice bottle wine and charcuterie board Daily snacks and deserts was unexpected and very good

Overall, the location is great and the hotel is nice- but when you spend that much on a room, I expect it to be impeccably maintained and cleaned. The bathroom had the pink soap scum in all in the tile grout which generally gives you the feeling that cleaning is not a priority, which is very disappointing given the price you pay here.

The staff was excellent. There were several restaurants but we had a hard time getting reservations for the time we wanted. The food was excellent. We had some maintenance issues but they were fixed right away. The atmosphere was wonderful and the site beautiful.

Everyone that worked there was very helpful. What bothered me is that they sent out a letter saying that the outdoor pool and hot tub would be closed for the majority of our stay. No offer of compensation. One of the reasons that I chose the place was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. It was our 25th Anniversary. I understand that maintenance has to be done but the hotel should let you know before you book. How is it fair that we did not get to enjoy one of the highlights of the place. And someone else pays the same price and gets to enjoy? Also the sauna was temporarily closed as well.
