“Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.”

Our room was lovely and well appointed, we had a view of the river There are a number of great dining options on the property The location is very central to the downtown area which allowed us to walk along the river walk and tour the downtown area.”

“Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.”

It had all the amenities one could need and it was quiet and comfortable despite being right next to the hotel’s restaurant (which was delicious). There are just a few small things that needed tending to and the customer service response to help us with those were very quick.
