"The suite was very nice! And very clean! The staff - ALL THE STAFF - was amazing! Friendly & patient & helpful!!! From the front desk & restaurant personnel on Saturday evening & night! To the front desk & restaurant personnel on Sunday morning!!! I have been to many different hotels in this nation with all kinds of different teams made up of kids of various ages - and this hotel’s staff IS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS 100% KIND & UNDERSTANDING of all the energy that comes with the kids & parents of teams being at that hotel. "The valet gentleman were extremely attentive and aware of the guests and their needs. The hotel was clean, spontaneous, wild, and had a night scene that suited my needs. As for the guests that had children (a family with small children checked-in late) they would not have had a good experience. As for the bar, I am bummed to have seen hotel guests nearly impossibly getting a drink versus the patrons that were local. In fact a local had to advocate for me and 4 other guests to get our drinks. Elsewise, perfect!"
